Courthouse
The Pro Bono Program serves low income residents in Hendricks County. Applicants whose income is below 125% of federal poverty guidelines are referred to attorneys who volunteer their services for specified matters. Although there will be no charge for attorney fees, you are responsible for filing fees and expenses. Attorneys help on a volunteer basis so assistance is not guaranteed.

Real Estate Guardianships Protective Orders
Our program does not help in the areas of:
Criminal charges Traffic cases Driver's licenses
Personal Injury Small Claims Bankruptcy

If you meet the necessary financial and case criteria, you will be contacted and referred to a pro bono attorney if one is available.
